Prosecutors expected Murray would be there for decades if not the rest of his life. Instead, one state psychologist already has made conclusions that would require Murray's immediate release, if the judge agrees. A hearing is set for Nov. 5. Murray is the former freshman at East Central University in Ada who admitted to fatally shooting another student on Dec. 6, 2012.
